Pet Policy

Wolfpack Village is happy to allow pets under the following policY:

The pet cannot move into the unit until all the paperwork has been submitted and signed off by Pinion Property Management.

  • An additional refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required per pet. The additional refundable deposit must be paid with money order or a cashier’s check.

  • An additional monthly rent charge of $35.00

  • Pet must be older than 1 year of age

  • Pet must be 40 lbs. or less

At this time we are limiting pets to one per unit and approved pets may be either a cat or dog.

Required Documents

Dogs

  • Photo of the dog

  • Proof that the dog is up-to-date on required immunizations

  • Proof that the dog is licensed with Benton County, Linn County, or the City of Monmouth, Deschutes County

  • Signed Pet Agreement

  • Additional Refundable Deposit

Cats

  • Photo of the cat

  • Signed Pet Agreement

  • Additional Refundable Deposit
